The Morpho Canvas
The Morpho Canvas
Made to order. Delivered in Canada 5 to 15 days after it ships.
Also available as
Six blue morpho butterflies meet at a glowing jewel, ringed by twelve smaller wings and a band of the eyespots hidden on their undersides.
A morpho's blue is not pigment: microscopic ridges on its wing scales reflect blue light, so the colour shifts as the wings move.
The canvas: matte, fade-resistant canvas stretched over a 0.75 in wooden frame, ready to hang. The artwork stays on the front; the dark ground wraps the edges.
Made to order just for you.
Size & fit
Matte canvas, gallery-wrapped on a 0.75 in pine frame, ready to hang. Choose 9 × 12, 12 × 16 or 18 × 24 in; the artwork wraps around the edges. No frame needed.
